This position is set within an outpatient office facility, with the option for remote work to accommodate your lifestyle. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments that include in-depth understanding of patients' unique backgrounds and mental health histories.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect and adapt to the cultural and personal frameworks of each patient.

• Facilitate ongoing individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing specific mental health issues, enhancing coping strategies, and promoting overall resilience.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive mental health care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support, ensuring that patients receive immediate assistance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and beneficial community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental wellness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with federal and state regulations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and participate in ongoing cultural competence training sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
