Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health needs through virtual sessions, developing individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate open communication between patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to discuss progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Create and maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring accurate documentation is available for supervisory review.

• Coordinate and conduct follow-up sessions, including home visits or virtual check-ins, to assess ongoing support and address any emerging issues.

• Generate monthly and quarterly progress reports to track outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
