Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse client needs and treatment goals.

• Conduct detailed initial assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and preferred treatment methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique situation.

• Engage regularly in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure coordinated care and resource availability.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes within our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse client population, from children and adolescents to adults and families. You will address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Each session will provide you the opportunity to utilize your professional expertise to foster client empowerment and promote positive outcomes in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must be a fully licensed practitioner in Oregon: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• No provisional or limited licenses accepted. Candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.

• Ability to make sound professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on best practices in therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, exhibiting compassion and empathy towards clients.

• Proficient in using technology, particularly in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
