This remote, telehealth position allows clients from the comfort of their own homes to access high-quality mental health services. As a vital member of our outpatient psychiatric practice, you will have the opportunity to address a wide array of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar issues, and substance abuse, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, providing a flexible work setting where you can focus on what you do best—helping patients improve their mental health. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a structured schedule to assist you. You will typically work weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as needed for patient scheduling. Our team utilizes advanced telehealth technology to connect with clients and monitor their progress effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that create a safe space for discussing mental health challenges and foster community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate needs are met.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment strategies, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Sound expertise in mental health disorders and a deep understanding of various evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing effective, patient-specific treatment strategies.

• A proven track record of providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with strong professional boundaries and ethics.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications to manage patient information efficiently.

• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and working with diverse populations. Specific training in CBT and family systems therapy will also be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
