Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health therapist, you will conduct sessions predominantly through telehealth platforms, utilizing secure video conferencing and telephone calls. While the majority of your interactions will be virtual, occasional in-person consultations may be necessary depending on client needs. Our fully remote setup offers you autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to customize your work environment to best suit your personal and professional preferences. We handle all administrative duties, so you can dedicate your time and energy solely to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct proficient clinical interviews and assessments to identify the needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing established diagnostic criteria.

• Effectively manage psychiatric emergencies and crisis situations, providing immediate support and interventions as necessary.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of each client’s mental health status, while continuously monitoring progress and adapting approaches as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review client cases, formulate strategies, and contribute to progress reports aimed at improving therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in the intake process, including gathering thorough patient and family histories, managing case referrals, and providing timely crisis intervention.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical case histories and treatment records to facilitate ongoing care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize telehealth technology and tools to ensure effective communication and therapeutic engagement with clients.

• Evaluate client needs for medication referrals and coordinate with prescribing professionals when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a wide range of mental health needs, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active professional license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
