Work Environment

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist in our outpatient office, you will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment. The clinic operates primarily from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a consistent work schedule. Our outpatient setting allows for focused patient interaction without the pressures typically associated with hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities, creating individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Utilize various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies designed to improve motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Advise patients on non-surgical alternatives, reducing reliance on medications and fostering a drug-free recovery pathway.
• Design and implement tailored fitness and wellness programs to aid rehabilitation and promote healthy lifestyles.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT for accurate documentation and tracking of patient progress.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans based on patients' feedback and progress.
• Motivate and guide patients toward adherence to their treatment plans, enhancing their commitment to their health journeys.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.

• Familiarity with current evidence-based physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, specifically WebPT, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Corehab Physical Therapy Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
