Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by students and their families.

• Develop personalized service plans that include specific goals, interventions, and strategies for monitoring progress, ensuring that they are tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Deliver compassionate individual and group counseling, providing support to clients navigating life transitions, trauma, and mental illness.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during critical situations.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote the services provided by Everyone Counseling Services and raise awareness of mental health issues.

• Regularly participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and their families, addressing mental health issues commonly experienced in school-aged populations, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. You will work as a bridge between students and essential support services, helping them build resilience and thrive in both academic and personal environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Deep understanding of social and economic justice issues that impact mental health.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices.

• Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
