Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, understanding their backgrounds and presenting issues.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide regular therapy sessions, employing both individual and group modalities, to facilitate behavioral change and improve coping strategies.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Prepare and deliver psycho-educational workshops when appropriate to provide additional resources for client empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• At least four years of practical experience in the mental health field, ideally in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
