Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic-related conditions, determining their functional status and limitations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices to optimize patient recovery outcomes.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions that combine manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies that promote ongoing recovery and independence.
• Regularly collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and to adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center primarily serves a broad demographic of patients experiencing musculoskeletal disorders, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
