Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients’ concerns and histories, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and ongoing client feedback, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting therapeutic techniques to match the unique preferences and goals of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and connecting them with necessary resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of each client’s treatment progress, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and wellness coordinators, to deliver comprehensive care, enhancing client support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
