Patient Population / Client Focus

As a full-time licensed mental health therapist at Ringo Behavioral Health Services, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your work will directly impact their academic and social development, providing crucial support as they navigate difficult emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting, particularly within school environments.

Compensation and Benefits
