Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous and audit-compliant records for all clients in care, ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation.

• Coordinate and participate in the evaluation process for interns, including performance reviews and developing corrective action plans, as necessary.

• Oversee intern caseloads and assignments while supporting programmatic outcomes to enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with Centralized Intake, school site contacts, and clinical supervisors to monitor intern performance and address any concerns promptly.

• Engage in ongoing quality assurance initiatives to ensure agency compliance with policies, procedures, and funding requirements.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to align with best practices and agency goals.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation in crisis and non-crisis situations to clients and their families, either in person or via phone.
\n
• Uphold a safe and welcoming environment by ensuring physical spaces are tidy, and all maintenance issues are reported without delay.

• Implement and monitor clinical program objectives and service delivery requirements to ensure effective therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to the specific needs of the client population.
\n
• Manage the intern recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process aligned with organizational goals.

• Plan and coordinate recruitment events, ensuring compliance with university and agency documentation requirements for interns and trainees.

• Facilitate training sessions to educate interns and collaborating universities on evolving federal, state, and county regulations affecting practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on providing support to clients in a hospice center, where the emotional needs are particularly sensitive. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
