Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and needs, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural considerations and address the unique needs of each patient.

• Regularly monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize mental health outcomes.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical information, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to design comprehensive plans that reflect desired treatment goals and outcomes, fostering strong therapeutic alliances.

• Coordinate referrals and facilitate connections between patients and external treatment providers, serving as a trusted liaison throughout the care process.

• Provide education and mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers, contributing to their skill development and understanding of clinical practices.

• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical collaboration under the guidance of your clinical supervisor, enhancing team performance and care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly work with clients facing various mental health challenges. The patient population will include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and those dealing with terminal illnesses, among other complex emotional and psychological conditions. A strong understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and sensitivity to individual needs is essential in providing effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure from the State Board of Social Work Licensure, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
