Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations, and ensuring they align with clients' goals.

• Complete all necessary documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and internal requirements to maintain compliance.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to properly assess clients' needs, working collaboratively with the clinical team to implement effective interventions.
\n
• Engage actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contributing to the development of positive behavior support plans to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Actively participate in all necessary licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic adheres to industry standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to supportive resources.
\n
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and team members to promote our mission and compliance with contract standards.
\n
• Foster partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and identify new potential collaborations and funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and participating in industry-related meetings.
\n
• Embrace and promote the agency’s mission, values, philosophy, and guiding principles in all interactions.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges, those in recovery from substance use, residents with developmental disabilities, and individuals with acquired brain injuries. Your counseling efforts will significantly contribute to their journey toward wellness and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in a field related to mental health.

• An independent LMHC license is required for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
