Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, taking into account unique backgrounds and identities.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of your patients.
\n
• Generate accurate billing documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in accordance with established timeframes, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention plans, and wellness strategies to assist patients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans to ensure seamless transitions for patients upon completion of their therapeutic programs.
\n
• Uphold rigorous adherence to all relevant federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, to maintain ethical and legal standards in practice.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education sessions to stay current with the evolving standards within mental health care.
\n
• Collaborate in case consultation meetings and contribute to agency meetings, fostering a team-oriented environment that promotes shared learning and best practices.
\n
• Complete necessary licensure and mandatory training to ensure readiness for practice and adherence to organizational objectives.

You will work with a diverse population, addressing the mental health needs of individuals from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) is required for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, specifically in individual and family therapy.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environments where you’ve engaged with diverse patient populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your licensure and clinical experience.
