Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct mental health services, including client screening, evaluation, and the diagnosis of mental health disorders.

• Developing, implementing, and documenting personalized treatment plans that incorporate age-appropriate therapeutic techniques.

• Participating in continuous professional development through CEUs, clinical supervision, and peer reviews to maintain licensure and enhance treatment approaches.

• Integrating Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in all therapeutic interventions.
