Qualifications\n

  Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Arizona.

  A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
