Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach to therapy.

• Perform thorough assessments to identify client needs and psychological conditions, using established evidence-based protocols.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and the therapy team, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work predominantly with adult patients who may present with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and substance use issues. A significant aspect of your role will involve building lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through their therapy journey and positively influencing their families. Your expertise will help create an environment of trust, allowing vulnerable clients to navigate their challenges successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or an equivalent credential).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience working with diverse populations affected by mental health and behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to co-occurring disorders treatment and substance use therapy.

• Proven expertise in utilizing therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
