Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and mitigate risks effectively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing support for a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and marital conflicts.

• Perform case management tasks such as triaging referrals, coordinating with external agencies, and communicating with patients and their families via phone.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all patient interactions in electronic medical records, adhering to medical/legal standards.

• Collaborate with other health care providers in treatment planning to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution is essential.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon or other states where you hold certification (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory. Holding multiple state licenses is highly regarded.
