Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that target client-specific goals.

• Facilitate communication between family members and relevant professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other allied healthcare providers.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in alignment with professional and legal standards to ensure high-quality care and compliance.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, focusing on measurable change.

• Conduct sessions during our established office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, while managing your workload effectively.

You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in California, demonstrating your commitment to the profession.

• Proficient in utilizing teletherapy services and familiar with digital documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
