Our company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule sales appointments for the sales manager;
  • Exhibit initiative and demonstrate the ability to function independently. Have a passion for customer service;
  • Contribute ideas to help improve Amper’s marketing and distribution strategy;
  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing generated leads;
  • Reliably manage communication with prospective customers;
  • Create targeted customer profiles, accounts, and contacts;
  • Establish contact to prospects and provide them with information about our solution;
  • Prospect for new clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses;
  • Push to go above and beyond quotas;
  • Work with Marketing team to streamline current processes for cold and warm leads;
  • Identify decision-makers and establish meetings;
  • Manage and monitor your work using Salesforce and other sales tools and technology;
  • Qualify inbound leads and advance them to the next step in our sales cycle;
  • Understand and communicate the full sales cycle, from building awareness and generating leads to communicating Ambra’s value proposition;
  • Source and qualify opportunities in various manufacturing verticals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with selling over the phone or using online tools;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent customer service experience;
  • Cybersecurity background preferred;
  • 1+ year of proven excellence in sales development, inside sales and/or sales;
  • Tech Savvy: You can computer with the best of them;
  • Articulate with strong business acumen;
  • Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures;
  • Working knowledge of CRM (preferably Hubspot);
  • Good working knowledge of the Internet and social media and its influence on business today;
  • Perfect grammar and excellent writing skills;
  • Experienced with GSuite products, MS Office;
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive sales environment;
  • High level of interest in the IoT space and the manufacturing industry;
