Our company is looking for a Account Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing high quality pipeline for our sales teams via lead development and qualified sales opportunities;
  • Build a trusting relationship with prospects and sales reps you support;
  • Lead follow-up from marketing campaigns and events (MQLs);
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services by leveraging FireEye’s Command of the Message (sales methodology);
  • Report to the Leader of Account Development on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results;
  • Customize value discussions with end users to increase customer interest;
  • Outbound prospecting into white space accounts;
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, social media and emails (70+ touches per day minimum);
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and sales reps;
  • Present our company to potential clients in the very best way;
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans;
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics;
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce);
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts);
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues;
  • Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement;
  • Client-oriented writing skills;
  • Professional persistence & ability to “think on your feet” and make a compelling introduction. HUNTER mentality;
  • Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office, Salesforce.com (or other CRM application) and marketing automation (preferably Marketo);
  • Organizational skills and a results-oriented, self-starter attitude;
  • Proven prior success in similar roles;
  • Recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply;
  • Strong phone and relationship building skills;
  • Experience conducting business and building relationships in phone & email, with excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal & written capabilities.
