Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with social media monitoring, content development and tracking email drip campaigns;
  • Maintain accuracy of customer records in assigned CRM;
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects;
  • Dig in to understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Plan and coordinate daily activity to increase number of touch points with early stage funnel customers from assigned list;
  • Achieve prescribed daily call activity to meet targets 50 calls per day and 12 engagements per day;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Proven ability and capacity to learn technical and complex information;
  • Excellent time management skills leading to results;
  • Self-starter…you’re the kind of person that sees opportunity and tackles it;
  • Experience with personal computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office Programs;
  • Solid understanding of tactical sales skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle;
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Business / Marketing Major. Life Sciences a plus.
