Inside Sales Development Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media monitoring, content development and tracking email drip campaigns;
- Maintain accuracy of customer records in assigned CRM;
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects;
- Dig in to understand customer needs and requirements;
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails;
- Plan and coordinate daily activity to increase number of touch points with early stage funnel customers from assigned list;
- Achieve prescribed daily call activity to meet targets 50 calls per day and 12 engagements per day;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Proven ability and capacity to learn technical and complex information;
- Excellent time management skills leading to results;
- Self-starter…you’re the kind of person that sees opportunity and tackles it;
- Experience with personal computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office Programs;
- Solid understanding of tactical sales skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle;
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Business / Marketing Major. Life Sciences a plus.
