Job Description

Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design tailored therapy regimens that empower them to reach their goals
Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques: Use evidence-based approaches to enhance patients' abilities in mobility, cognition, and daily tasks
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage in teamwork with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure integrated care
Educate Clients and their Families: Provide instruction on therapy methods to facilitate continuous progress in home settings
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to maintain patient advancement
Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
Continuous education and certifications are encouraged and supported
Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandated
