Position Overview Restore Wellness Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team in Clearwater, Florida. In this key role, you will be a trusted partner in restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for our clients through tailored rehabilitation programs. This full-time position is primarily onsite, focusing on home care settings in Clearwater, Florida. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured routine while supporting your work-life balance. Maintain a manageable patient load of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized care.

Utilize evidence-based treatment methods to administer effective therapies aimed at improving patients' mobility and range of motion.

Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to support each patient's unique rehabilitation requirements.

Foster collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately to maintain clear communication and continuity of care.

In your role, you will be engaging primarily with patients who require orthopedic rehabilitation due to injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their recovery, facilitating a return to daily activities and improving their overall quality of life. Our diverse clientele includes elderly patients, post-operative individuals, and those requiring mobility assistance due to various health issues.

Hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.

Possess a current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Be proficient in manual therapy techniques and have a strong foundation in designing and implementing effective exercise programs.

Demonstrate familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, to accurately document patient care.

Experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.

Proven ability to administer cost-effective therapies and minimize medication dependence through non-surgical alternatives.
