The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, which is designed to facilitate recovery and promote patient wellness. Operating Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, our facility features various treatment areas equipped with the latest rehabilitation technologies and tools. We believe in a collaborative healthcare approach, where practitioners work closely with one another to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Adhere to the New Jersey State Practice Act and follow guidelines set by various regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.

Implement comprehensive, goal-directed treatment protocols to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.

Coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers and community resources, to ensure holistic patient care.

Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Engage in continuous professional development and attend required meetings or training sessions as requested.

As a Physical Therapist at Rethink Counseling Center, you will be responsible for assessing and treating a diverse range of patients, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. You will apply your expertise in orthopedic physical rehabilitation to assist patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your ability to tailor interventions based on age-specific needs will play a critical role in enhancing their rehabilitation journey.

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing physical therapy services.

Strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

While a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and 2 years of experience are required, candidates with advanced training in specialized techniques (e.g., manual therapy, sports rehabilitation) or those with experience in a similar private practice setting will be considered favorably.
