Position Overview Complete Balance Physical Therapy Group is searching for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in beautiful Redwood City, California. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in our patients' recovery by assisting them in restoring movement, alleviating pain, and enhancing their overall physical functionality. You will deliver customized rehabilitation programs through direct therapeutic intervention, providing a vital support system that empowers patients to reach their functional goals.

You will work onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center equipped with the latest therapeutic technology and tools. Our clinic is designed to provide a conducive environment for rehabilitation, with spacious treatment areas and private rooms to ensure patient comfort and confidentiality. Each team member embraces a holistic approach to patient care, promoting teamwork and open communication. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Deliver individualized physical therapy services, treating 1-2 patients per hour to ensure personalized care and attention to each patient's unique needs and recovery goals.

Utilize evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain effectively.

Continuously assess and adjust therapy plans based on patient progress, ensuring that rehabilitation goals are met and that each patient receives practical and efficient care.

Document patient treatment plans and progress meticulously in WebPT, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, pain management strategies, and lifestyle adjustments to foster ongoing health and prevent future injury.

Your role will primarily focus on treating individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or conditions affecting musculoskeletal health. You will work with diverse patient demographics, including active professionals and elderly individuals seeking relief and rehabilitation for chronic pain or post-surgical recovery. Understanding the specific challenges and rehabilitation needs of our patients will enable you to tailor your approach for the best possible outcomes.

A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

An active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one is essential.

A proactive, engaging therapeutic style that encourages patient participation in their rehabilitation process.

Experience using electronic health record systems, particularly WebPT, for streamlining documentation and communication with healthcare teams.
