This position is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility located in Matawan, New Jersey. As a therapist within our organization, you will work in a supportive and collegial setting, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to patient care. Our facility fosters a culture of continual learning and improvement, encouraging staff to share insights and best practices for enhanced patient outcomes.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at St. Evaluate and assess patients recovering from orthopedic conditions or surgeries, developing tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs.

Implement various therapeutic techniques, including hands-on therapy, strengthening exercises, and mobility training, ensuring a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.

Track and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on evaluations and outcomes to maximize effectiveness.

Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and safe mobility practices to encourage active participation in their recovery process.

Recommend appropriate assistive devices and provide training for their effective use.

Maintain a professional and technical knowledge base by participating in educational workshops and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

The patients you will care for range widely in age and conditions, including individuals recovering from surgeries such as total joint replacements, fractures, and spinal surgeries, as well as those managing chronic pain conditions. Your approach will cater to the unique needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient, ensuring a personalized and effective recovery journey.

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Proficiency in computer and documentation software.
