Work Environment

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work onsite, providing services directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that address mobility, strength, and pain management.

Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions and techniques, including functional exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to optimize recovery.

Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to enhance efficacy and meet rehabilitation goals.

Participate in clinical teaching, providing mentorship to interns, residents, and junior staff in the application of orthopedic treatment protocols.

Prepare and present engaging in-service training sessions annually to enhance team knowledge around orthopedic physical therapy best practices.

Collaborate with management to identify and pursue opportunities for clinical research, contributing to our knowledge base and improving service delivery.

Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy license to practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for the Orthopedic Physical Therapist role ranges from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
