Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using various therapeutic modalities to address client needs and enhance their mental health.

• Assess and organize the daily workload by identifying the needs of new, current, and discharging patients to guarantee continuity and appropriateness of care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical and mental health history to develop a comprehensive understanding of their treatment requirements.

• Diagnose and provide effective treatment plans for a range of emotional, mental, and behavioral disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans and monitor patient progress, adjusting strategies as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Perform psychosocial assessments to identify individuals' strengths, needs, and potential barriers to treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention services, grief counseling, and specialized social work interventions as appropriate.

• Uphold compliance with all relevant health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in counseling and mental health services is required.

• Current and valid State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or an equivalent credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, which is complemented by a competitive benefits package.
