Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while ensuring access to necessary resources and support. Our clinic's integrated care model allows Mental Health Counselors to connect regularly with physicians and other healthcare providers through virtual meetings and case conferences. Although the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
