This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while ensuring a comfortable and productive virtual environment. Our team operates primarily through telehealth platforms, enabling you to connect with patients across Auburn, Washington, and beyond, while maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy protocols. Although the core working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we recognize the importance of flexibility based on patient needs, making this an ideal role for those seeking a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient needs, histories, and strengths, facilitating the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide tailored interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups online, creating a safe and supportive community where patients can share experiences and coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care that addresses all facets of patient health.

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and enhance clinical practices.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with a diverse patient population seeking assistance for various mental health conditions. This includes individuals and families facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy to a broad range of patients.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling setting is required. Experience in a telehealth environment is a plus, as well as proficiency in using digital tools for therapy delivery and patient management. Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and experience working with a diverse array of client populations will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
