Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery, developing tailored treatment regimens based on each individual's needs.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise programs, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to relieve pain and increase mobility.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and provide education to patients, caregivers, and families about physical therapy practices and the use of assistive devices.
• Regularly attend workshops and training to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field, enhancing both personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population ranging from children to older adults. Each patient presents unique challenges, requiring individualized assessment and treatment strategies. Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.
• Active state licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience
