Our remote outpatient facility allows our Licensed Mental Health Therapists to work from the comfort of their home while maintaining active engagement with clients in various formats, including virtual sessions, phone consultations, and in-person encounters as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Thoroughly document client progress in detailed progress notes that reflect each patient's developmental journey toward treatment goals, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans while regularly assessing and adjusting strategies based on patient feedback and progress.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions, effectively involving family members in the therapeutic process to foster stronger relationships and improve overall treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case updates, share insights, and collaborate on best practices for patient care.

• Advocate for necessary resources and services for patients, ensuring they receive support both inside and outside of therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, and effectively address emergencies.

• Continuously engage in personal professional development and supervision, identifying areas for growth and implementing feedback from peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse population that includes adults, children, and families. Our clients present with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their difficulties and achieve their mental health goals, while fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active license as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic practices and client needs.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills aimed at building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• A commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity working with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
