Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. Our client-centered approach will allow you to tailor your interventions to meet the specific needs of each individual, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a fully active license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients.

• Proficiency with technology and digital platforms is necessary for effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Candidates with experience using telehealth platforms and those familiar with diverse treatment modalities will be prioritized. Your expertise will enhance our service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD $90,000 – $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit payments, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to ensure your well-being.
