Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, using clinical skills to assess mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals, employing various techniques such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and use of therapeutic modalities.
• Implement treatment strategies to alleviate pain, restore movement, and promote overall wellness in both group and one-on-one sessions.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, providing updates on treatments and outcomes to optimize care.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans based on patient feedback and recovery progress, ensuring that changing needs are met.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care strategies and the effective use of assistive devices, enhancing their ability to manage their health independently.
• Maintain and enhance professional knowledge by participating in workshops, attending conferences, and engaging in networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
