Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical impairments and functional limitations.
• Developing customized treatment plans incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Implementing and adapting treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Documenting patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with regulatory and facility standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Providing education and training to patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to comprehensive care planning and coordination of services.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and professional publications to stay current in orthopedic physical therapy practices.

Qualifications
