Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Cascade Verge, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing clinical expertise to establish a personalized treatment plan.
• Implement dynamic and evidence-based therapy interventions while monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to develop cohesive care strategies that optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment protocols, home exercises, and self-management strategies that encourage independence.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a supportive and trusting environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to team meetings to share insights and improve practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient demographic at Cascade Verge consists of a diverse group, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine clients. Your role will involve treating various conditions, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will be responsible for designing customized rehab programs that respect individual circumstances and are aimed at restoring functionality, reducing pain, and improving the overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
• Ability to form rapport and strong relationships with patients, enabling them to achieve their goals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
