This position involves a strategic role in driving business growth, specifically focusing on Integrated Drug Discovery (IDD) opportunities. You will collaborate with a robust scientific team and manage both new and existing accounts.

With a global footprint, the organization employs 1,000 professionals across nine locations worldwide, including the UK, France, Taiwan, Spain, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve corporate growth objectives in the designated territory by leveraging a comprehensive drug discovery service and product portfolio.
• Possess and apply a global understanding of the drug discovery and development process, offering a wide array of services including synthetic chemistry, scale-up, and computational design.
• Understand and navigate the academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical markets to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Operate independently and collaboratively, providing leadership and mentorship within the commercial team.
• Oversee territory management, including sales forecasting and strategy implementation.
• Support and drive sales efforts for all drug discovery services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within drug discovery, or hands-on experience with a desire to transition into a sales role.
• Strong expertise in synthetic and medicinal chemistry, along with pharmaceutical development.
