Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including reviewing a patient's medical history, performing assessments, and documenting thoroughly to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and recommended treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols in alignment with assessment findings, patient presentation, and current healthcare practices, ensuring assessments are well-documented at every stage.
• Maintain an accurate schedule and manage time effectively to fulfill productivity expectations while ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, recognizing when changes in a patient's condition warrant adjustments to their treatment plan.
• Handle discharge planning and follow-up care with attention to detail and compassion.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development initiatives, facilitating the growth of both yourself and students you may mentor.
• Participate in team-oriented efforts to enhance patient access to care, addressing any barriers and engaging in community outreach initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinics primarily serve individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, surgical rehabilitations, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
