Work Environment

This position will be based onsite in our outpatient office located in Manassas, Virginia. Working a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will enjoy a structured environment that allows for in-depth patient interactions and comprehensive care delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Provide personalized care by managing an individual caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, ensuring focused attention on each patient's goals.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to optimize patient mobility, enhance functionality, and recommend non-surgical options.
• Implement creative fitness and wellness programs that encourage patients to lead healthier lifestyles while improving their strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, complying with organizational protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans as necessary based on documented outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve predominantly include individuals covered by private medical insurance seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions. This diverse population may consist of post-operative patients, athletes requiring sports medicine expertise, and individuals looking to improve their functional movement due to injuries or chronic conditions. Your ability to connect with patients and motivate them towards their goals will be key in fostering trust and enhancing their rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), enabling a strong foundation of knowledge in rehabilitation methodologies.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, showcasing your ability to address the specific needs of this population.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions, underscoring your commitment to ethical practice.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing structured exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR software to manage patient files and documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
