People's Talk Mental Health Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW-R) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In light of the growing mental health crisis affecting young people across the nation, we aim to provide accessible and effective support through telehealth services. This role offers a yearly salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, catering to both seasoned and junior-level licensed clinicians willing to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at People's Talk, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for your clients.
\n
• Facilitate individual sessions, group therapy, and, if applicable, family therapy to support overall mental well-being.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.
\n
• Actively engage in case discussions with fellow clinicians to foster a collaborative environment for learning and peer support.
\n
• Participate in continued education opportunities and training sessions, which we provide to enhance your skills.
\n
• Strive for a full calendar with scheduled sessions to ensure consistency of care, facilitating healing through regular interaction with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescent and young adult clients, who are navigating various challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and suicidal thoughts. With a target of no more than 8 clients per group session, you will have the chance to foster meaningful relationships and engage in in-depth therapeutic work that promotes long-term recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

Candidates will be expected to meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid and active license to practice as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW-R.
\n
• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a 1099 contract or W2 employment format.

Preferred Experience\n
