Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to the individual client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), adjusted to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies effectively, offering immediate support and assessment to clients in acute distress or experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and extensive documentation of client records, treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with ethical protocols and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resource providers to deliver holistic care, ensuring that clients have access to all necessary support.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapy options, and community resources while advocating for clients' rights and health needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications, supplemented by a sign-on bonus.
