Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, determining appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, using effective strategies to manage emergencies and ensure the safety and well-being of those in our care.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Cultural competence and the ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds respectfully and sensitively.

• Excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
