Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and therapeutic needs, using evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy for adult clients, employing solution-focused approaches and various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing.

• Utilize teletherapy for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients, thereby increasing client engagement and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your portfolio will include a diverse client population, encompassing adults facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our clients come from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, demanding a therapist who can approach their needs with empathy and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
