Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with clients presenting a diverse range of emotional and psychological disorders, utilizing evidence-based strategies and therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with our team of psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.
• Utilize automated self-assessment tools to assess symptoms, track functional improvements, and make timely adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring data-driven interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records through our intuitive therapist portal, which streamlines the documentation process and allows for effective tracking of client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and consultation sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and address any challenges faced in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes adolescents and adults grappling with various mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. By leveraging your clinical expertise, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their treatment journey, helping them develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while demonstrating excellent collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of establishing rapport with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience delivering mental health services in a remote setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• The competitive salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
