Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to clients facing various mental health challenges. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting these approaches to better suit each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical records that reflect patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals through regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure an integrative approach to patient care.
• Offering education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health topics and community service options, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.
• Staying abreast of current research and best practices in mental health, continuously seeking opportunities to integrate new knowledge into your clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will center on patients across a wide range of demographic backgrounds, confronting various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and a strong understanding of evidence-based interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
