Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics using evidence-based tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to inform your individualized plans of care.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress, making informed modifications to treatment and offering therapeutic interventions to enhance mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment reports in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to co-create comprehensive treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Ensure patient safety through vigilant monitoring and intervention, working within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate optimal care.

• Network with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient referrals and access diverse resources that support holistic care.

• Mentor trainees and interns, providing guidance and supervision to foster the next generation of mental health professionals.

• Participate in clinical reviews and peer support activities to enhance team performance and ensure the highest standards of care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve diverse populations within the Fontana area, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Our client demographic includes individuals from various cultural backgrounds, with unique life experiences and mental health needs. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current LCSW license in California.

• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance.

• Commitment to uphold confidentiality and follow best practices to ensure patient safety and care quality.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of successful therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
