Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and challenges, applying clinical expertise to develop accurate diagnoses.

• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic services using various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, in both individual and group settings.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to safeguard client privacy.

• Participate in regular case conferences with interdisciplinary teams, reinforcing comprehensive approaches to client care involving psychiatrists and social workers.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment approaches, and available community resources, advocating for their needs and rights.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
