Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our hospice team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their healthcare journeys. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to determine patients' emotional, social, and financial needs, collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to address these concerns effectively.

Qualifications\n
